Our regular inspections (audits) provide an objective picture of the condition and operation of a machine or system. This makes it possible to timely recognise wear and tear and prevent malfunctions or downtime. An experienced employee of Ottevanger Services will visit you on site. Your technical staff can actively participate in such an audit and be informed about the various inspection points. We digitally record our observations and findings on site. You will immediately receive these findings in the form of an inspection report. This report contains the points for improvement (supported with photos), the proposed maintenance actions and advice on your stock of spare parts. If desired, the inspection report can serve as a basis for a no-obligation quote.
What you can expect during a regular inspection:
Inspection of your system by an experienced service specialist
Advisory (audit) report with findings, action points and recommendations
No-obligation quote for required maintenance and corresponding parts
You can also use our Service Pro app to order spare parts.
HOW WE GO ABOUT A PERIODIC INSPECTION
inspection by a service specialist
Your system will be inspected by an experienced service specialist. All machines in the production lines are checked, so you remain in control of the condition of the machines.
Based on the inspection, an advisory (audit) report is drawn up outlining the findings of the service specialist, including action points and a recommendation.
NO-OBLIGATION QUOTE FOR POINTS OF IMPROVEMENT
In addition, you receive a no-obligation quote for required maintenance and corresponding parts.
