This customer in Germany opts to completely shut down production by the Ottevanger pet food lines twice a year. This is when our service technicians come and visit to check all machines in the production lines. We then prepare a digital report in the Service Pro app. These reports are used to prepare action points. Based on these action points, we make an assessment of the maintenance hours and their costs. The reports also clarify which spare parts are needed for the maintenance that must be carried out.
Any maintenance resulting from the inspection report can be scheduled at a later time, in consultation with the customer. Periodic inspections means you maintain full control of the condition of the machines, while we will give ample notice when parts need to be replaced. This way, you can schedule the replacement of parts on a regular basis, thereby preventing any unscheduled downtime.
