Preventive maintenance

Preventive maintenance reduces any downtime of your machine or system to a minimum, while significantly improving the quality of your product. Furthermore, periodic inspections can be part of this preventive maintenance programme as well. A preventive maintenance plan is customised and therefore drawn up in close consultation with you. Based on your needs and capacity, the maintenance plan explains the critical inspection points, the maintenance programme, the deployment of spare parts and providing staff training, among other things. The maintenance programme further contains Service Level Agreements (SLAs) including maintenance planning.

What to expect when you opt for preventive maintenance:

  • The maintenance plan is drawn up in consultation with you.
  • You will receive specific advice on spare parts, training and maintenance based on needs and capacity.
  • A practical maintenance plan (service level agreement) including planning to ensure optimal maintenance of your system.
  • Maintenance performed by experienced and certified technicians.
